Photographing and reviewing local businesses... Moo Music pre-school classes
Abi recently took over Moo Music in Hertford, Ware and Stanstead Abbott’s. She has 3 children of her own aged 10, 4 and 1 (she's so dedicated she was working on his birthday!).
I always like to know why people chose their jobs, where their passion and motivation comes from. Abi said "I started the classes because I was a previous Moo Mummy and loved the classes, when this opportunity came up I just had to go for it because it fits in so well with my home life and it’s a job I love doing".
My youngest son and I went along to Abi's class and had a fabulous time... I couldn't believe how much she stuffed into 45 minutes... Dressing up, songs, arts and crafts, sensory play with lights and textures... My son settled in straight away, and because I was occupied taking photos, Abi stepped in without asking to help him with his pirates bandana and eye patch.
Moo Music is a fun, sensory music class. Abi uses different props each week to go on an exciting adventure! The sessions are based for pre-school children aged 0-5 years.
After becoming a pirate, there was a quick change where the children were able to become Penguins swimming through the ocean... The smiles and laughter from the children were infectious, and my son seemed to particularly love this section of the class.
And what fun would it be being a penguin without ice and snowballs? Abi had clearly thought through the class and props really well.
After sailing the high seas as Pirates, and swimming at the North Pole as penguins, Abi handed out card and pain for a choice of three hand and footprint halloween card designs. I liked the spider, but my son chose a Frankenstein foot.
Thank you Abi for inviting us to your class, as I was writing this blog my son said "where was that?" and I reminded him it was from when I went to photograph the children at the music class, and he said "can we go there again next time?" so I guess I'll be calling you to book some sessions very soon.
