Becoming a Dance Photographer
Joanne Lewis • 23 October 2019
I'm a lover of the Arts. Photography, painting and dancing are such passions.
But, I've never combined these passions before... apart from the odd wedding dance that is. So this weekend I made my way to the forest with these beautiful young dancers from a local dance school and we took the studio on location.

I was blown away by these dancers athleticism and grace. I am completely sold and looking forward to adding these sessions to my photography portfolio.
Are you a dancer, or do you belong to a dance school? What do you think of these outdoor dance photography shoots on location? Is it something that would interest you on your own, or as a group shoot with your dance partner or friends? I'd really love to hear from you.
I'm going to start with a very special offer which would make an incredible Christmas gift for your little dancer... £199 for a 30 minute shoot including 5 high resolution edited photos... Who's in?
While I really loved my outdoor autumn dance photography shoot, One of my favourite genres of photography is still Maternity... I really love Newborn and Maternity Photographer Shropshire
Amy who is talking about maternity sessions in her blog this week.

I couldn't let Black Friday 2020 go by without some amazing deals for my wonderful and valued customers... I've missed you all so much this year, but have loved the few shoots I was able to squeeze in between lockdowns and Home Education. With all the optimism I can muster for next year (I am naturally a pretty positive person) I am offering some spectacular deals on vouchers for my Hertford Studio and outdoor or on-location sessions next year (packages may be given as gifts, but please confirm preferred locations around Hertfordshire and some parts of London, Cambridgeshire and Essex with me before booking).
